A: Raffle tickets will be available at Stingray Chevrolet until 6pm EST Friday, March 7th, 2025, and at the Florida Strawberry Festival (February 27th-March 9th, 2025) during hours of operation up to 4:30pm EDT on March 9th, 2025. Tickets will also be available on-line at https://www.stingraychevrolet.com until 3pm EST Friday March 7th, 2025. ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL. No refunds are available or will be made. Raffle tickets are non-transferable. Any requests and payments received following the cut-off time for the Raffle will be returned to the sender.
A: Online order receipts and tickets from online orders are not mailed. All sales are final – no refunds / no returns. You will receive an e-mail confirmation for your records. E-mail receipt does not include ticket numbers. Tickets are processed with the entry name and phone number you provide and placed in the secure receptacle prior to the drawing. All entries received before the drawing deadline(s) will be entered. Any requests and payments received following the cut-off time for the Raffle will be returned to the sender.
A: Receipts are delivered within 5 minutes after an order is processed to the email address provided at the time of entry. If you do not receive your email receipt, check your SPAM folder and add [email protected] as a trusted name in your address book.
Although we work very hard to ensure email deliverability, sometimes our email will end up in your “SPAM” or “JUNK MAIL” folder. If after your order you do not receive:
