Had purchased from your dealership prior, a 2006 Chevy Uplander. the service was great for the 10 years we kept it. I recently leased a 2018 Equinox on a 4 year lease, and am sure looking forward to any service I have there. Kudos especially to Shannon, her attentiveness to your dealership and getting me more interested in getting a Chevy was inspirational. My salesman, Matt, was great, he was just as, ( if not more),excited in getting me the Equinox. He wasn't pushy like most car salesmen, and kept myself and my wife interested, and offered to help me should any problems arise with the car.
I was scheduled to have a 60,000 Mile service. I was checked in by Joe Platt who I talked to about additional service. He helped guide me with the additional service. He found out after helping me that Bill Sutton was supposed to be the person I was scheduled with. I went to see Bill and we discussed the maintenance. I asked him if the complementary shuttle service could take me home since I lived near by while the truck was being worked on since it would take about 4 hours to complete. He didn't know when it would be running so he said he could do better and provide a vehicle for me to take and drive home. I was definitely not expecting that. While I was home Bill called to give me a status update and ask for replacing parts that was recommended to replace. I appreciated that for sure. I made sure to have the vehicle back to the dealership before they left for the day. Upon arrival Bill explained everything that was done and recommended some items that would need replacement soon to which I agreed to do at a later time. I was Extremely impressed with the quality of service I received that day. Thank you again Stingray Chevrolet...

I have a GMC but haven't had good experiences at the GMC dealerships around here, My husband suggested I call and see if Stingray will do warranty work on a GMC. (I had been driving all the way to Bartow from tampa before) He LOVED his experience with Stingray last year anytime they did service work on the 2016 z06. Lucky for me the answer was yes and my experience was nothing less than stellar! Drop off was less than 3 minutes and I was greeted right away. I went to lunch with a friend and was told it would be about two hours. Almost exactly to the minute 2 hours later I got a call it was done, the car was parked out front waiting for me and I payed and was on my way home!... it couldn't have been any better
Wife was in Tampa and was there to take care of her mother. Someone broke into our 2015 Corvette and broke the passenger side glass. Had an appointment and they happened to have the replacement glass in stock. Could not ask for a better set of circumstances. On the phone they recognised the urgency and responded better than you could imagine. This is the pentical of service at it's best. Very accomodating and is exacty what you would want from a car dealership when you are in desparate need. Can not say enough of great things from this experience and the wife's mind was put at ease. AWESOME JOB GUYS!!!!!!!!
