My experience today while visiting the Service Department at Stingray Chevrolet was exceptional. I live in Lakeland and there are two dealerships here, both closer to me than Stingray. It is not an inconvenience for me to drive to Plant City for Stingray’s exceptional customer service.
Got to my appointment 20 minutes early was taken care of right away. After very little paperwork was told the service of an oil change tire rotation was gonna be an hour and a half. Went to the lounge and got myself a cup of coffee and within 25 Minutes everything was done. Been driving Chevy’s most of my life, 50 years you can’t go wrong with a Chevy. Every Chevy dealership I have dealt with over the years I’ve always been treated with 1st class.
I want to sincerely thank Raul Pereira, Harley Mitchell, and Herman Fernandez for making my 2026 Chevy Equinox RS purchase such an easy and enjoyable experience.
They truly went above and beyond. We were a little slow making our decision and didn’t leave a deposit, so the Equinox we originally wanted was no longer available. Raul went the extra mile, found the exact Equinox RS I wanted at another dealership, and had it brought to his dealership so I could get the vehicle I had my heart set on.

Stingray Chevrolet has a great service department. Easy to schedule and they get the job done quick at a reasonable price.Only negative is they charge a 3% credit card fee. Can be significant on a large service charge.

Punctual, pleasant, helpful, courteous I had a very positive experience in getting my vehicle serviced at the dealership. This was the first time I've had it done since my husband had passed, and since he normally had handled it, it was a first time experience for me, and general being retired they made it very easy. Despite no appointment, my dropped off vehicle was processed as soon or before they officially opened. Got a call and it was seen the same day, not the same hour but the same day. They inspected it, gave me an estimate and tried to work on it but it needed parts and I was done the next morning. I appreciate this delarship hard work and openness to see dropped off vehicles promptly despite no appointment. A special thx to the service advisor Sylvia for taking care of me.

Edgar was phenomenal & the two different ladies who handled my phone calls were great as well. The technicians were thorough in replacing plugs, cleaning the coail, new brakes & rotors on front & rotors on rear; new wiper blades & cleaning the fuel injection lines & AC flush. Excellent service. Very nice group of people I was getting ready for surgery the following day and sylina helped me to make sure got my car done and also make my Dr appointments with car rental. Took that extra step to make a customer happy.
The only problem we had was, the financial department. We signed all the documents the day we were there but about a month later I got a call to resign the documents over the phone. It took so long I had to pay a car payment on my trade in. The car I no longer had.
