Online agent (Justin I think) did not honor his word. Inside agent (Jose) was great. I leased an EV and was told that they would install an outlet on my to plug it into. Then they said they couldn’t anymore, that promotion was last month. They wouldn’t offer anything in return so I insisted for one month off the lease expecting that to cover the install. I was wrong and still had to pay out of pocket for something they offered.
They did not honor what they offered. I had to press to get about half of what perk was offered.

I just had my first service experience with this store. My service advisor Ray Orin was extremely professional and accommodating. I reached out through email to set up my appointment and he responded fast. I drove over an hour to get to this location and waited on the repair. I was quoted 2-3hrs when I set the appointment up and he had me out of there in 2 hours. The dealership is clean, waiting lounge is very large with areas to work. I got my first EV. The monthly payment quote for the car was honored over text messages. The salesman (Jose) worked really hard in my behalf! However, the gentleman who I was texting regarding the quote did not honor what he said was included, the install of a charging port to plug the car in and I had to get it done myself. I had my Tahoe serviced and tires rotated but they didn't even check the tire pressure. I sent them a email asking was that included in the service. But as of today they haven't responded. I was just wondering what else they didn't do.

Brought car Monday morn 8am in for Oil leak from Oil cooler. ( $ 1500.00 was the cost but Ray did get it down to $ 1329.00. After 4 hours there they drove me home. I had a 7:30 AM appointment, I arrived early and my service advisor, Dalton was not there. I was told I could wait by his station. Stingray Chevrolet provided the most professional, knowledgable and harmonious support during my Z06 "build and buy" process compared to 3 other dealerships during my 2+ years of building my 2025 Z06. The Corvette team of Sean, Erin, and Alan far exceeded the coordination process compared with the other dealerships. It takes a long time to get the paperwork done but Stingray Chevrolet has a larger inventory & we had a great experience with all the people involved.

After dealing with a terrible dealership that took 5 weeks to let my corvette c8 sit on their lot for a transmission swap, i had it towed here and they finished it in 7 DAYS!!!! 7 days for a full transmission swap is unheard of especially for a massive dealership like this. And i'm talking about them completing a full inspection (putting the car on the lift taking it apart etc), contacting general motors, ordering the transmission through warranty and replacing the part. Had problem with my 2017 suburban called them yesterday and they got me in today I talked to them and told them my issue and they told me if it's the part they think it is it's covered under warranty. Went to the waiting room and about an hour later he comes out and said it was the part I thought and it's almost done the fast fix nice waiting room and very awesome people. They seemed to be thorough but I had an 8:00 am appointment and never got out of there until almost noon. That’s unacceptable considering I had appointment and only needed oil change and tire rotation and inspection
