I bought my car from Stingray Chevrolet in the middle of the Covid epidemic. All other dealerships were gouging while Stingray maintained its policy of selling at MSRP. Luis Tur my service advisor has always been excellent! On the other hand the mechanic that did my oil change improperly installed the oil filter and I ended up with an oil leak that left oil spots and stains in my driveway

Jason in the service department is not returning phone calls. I don't know if he has to much on his plate, or if he is just sloppy in his phone messages.
I live midway between Ferman and Dimmitt Chevrolet in Palm Harbor and can easily drive to either of them in 15 minutes. Despite this, I drive for over an hour to Stingray because of the reputation that the dealership has and that Luis Tur has on internet forums for the C8. Luis has been great and I have been very pleased.
We broke down and was out of town. We didn't know what was going to happen. We called the tow truck and Stingray Chevrolet and talked to Shaun Wren. He was a blessing. He went above and beyond to get us back on the road. We didn't have to sit and wait long. Thank you Stingray Chevrolet and Shaun for an amazing well done. It was truly appreciated!!

I've already filled this out once. It cost $121 for an oil change and rotation?? Ridiculous. I scheduled a appt on line, came to appt, and was not on list, they explained new online booking wasn't working properly. They said they could fit me in, I was there for 2 hours. I won't be back, would rather drive to Brandon

I made an appointment a week ahead dropped my vehicle and it sat untouched for 4 working days If I had not described why I needed it checked when I made the appointment I could understand but I was without a car during this time

Very disappointed in my service adviser Luis -#1 His poor lack of returning calls.
#2 The following day after I picked up my truck from being repaired, it overheated again and I was advised by Luis to just add coolant for the repeat issue of overheating and I stated my concern that I was not comfortable doing that and just driving my truck.

Repair drop off and pick up was 2 weeks. As far as I am aware of, they did not look at it and make diagnosis till 3 days after drop off. The reason I say, as far as I know, is because I had no communication. When I was told that I would receive a call I did not. Or if I made the phone call to inquire I was told that they would get back with me later that day or the next. It became apparent that the only way to find out any information was that I called.
