Stingray Chevrolet Raises $207,000 for Unity in the Community With Corvette Grand Sport Raffle
At this year’s Plant City, FL Strawberry Festival in Eastern Hillsborough County, the team at Stingray Chevrolet celebrated the harvest with our friends from Lakeland, FL and the surrounding communities with a fundraiser to help needy families through Unity in the Community. We raised $207,000, and at the end of the raffle we gave away a 2018 Chevrolet Corvette Grand Sport to the big winner, Jim Goldinger!
What is Unity in the Community?
Unity in the Community is a non-profit organization that has been channeling funds into charities and organizations in Plant City, FL and the surrounding areas since 1999. Over the years, they have provided resources to:
- Local food banks
- Backpacks for Students
- Community service scholarships
- And much more!
Over the years, Stingray Chevrolet has helped Unity in the Community give support to dozens of organizations like St. Leo University Scholarship, Plant City YMCA, and Plant City Pregnancy Care Center.
